Do I need to show ID on entry?

ALL 18+ PATRONS MUST PRESENT GOVERNMENT ISSUED PICTURE ID FOR ENTRY.
(Identification Card, Driver's License, Canadian ID, Military ID, Passport, OR Travel Visa Issued By The United States)

Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 25 at all times.

Can I bring my child to a show?

Most events are all ages, unless otherwise specified. All patrons over 18 must have VALID ID. Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 25 at all times. Up to 5 patrons under the age of 18 per parent or guardian.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

Unless otherwise stated, a ticket must be purchased for every person in attendance.

What time do shows start?

Show and Door times are listed on the event ticketing page. Traditionally, doors open (1) hour before scheduled start time.

I have VIP / Meet & Greet ticket. What time will it start?

Meet & Greet and other VIP programs can be a great way to have a more personal experience with some of your favorite artists. These programs are usually managed by outside third-party companies and not by our venue. You will typically receive an email 2-3 days before the event with all the necessary instructions. In most cases, the VIP program will take place 90-120 minutes before doors open to the general public, so please plan to arrive at the venue up to two hours before the doors open. If you don’t receive any information from the VIP company in the week leading up to the show, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please keep in mind that we often find out about the details at the same time as you do.

Is there re-entry?

No, once you enter the venue, you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter. Please plan accordingly.

Is CCMH a seated or standing venue?

Accepted Answer

Unless specifically stated, all shows are general admission, standing room events. There are several first come-first serve seated areas throughout the venue.

What are my payment options in the venue?

We accept most forms of payment, including American Express, most major credit cards and cash. We also have ATMs on-site.

Is there a lost & found at the venue?

Yes! If you lose an item at a show, please e-mail info@capcitymusichall.com. We’ll check the lost and found and let you know the next steps if we find your item.

Can I take photos or videos at the show?

Accepted Answer

Photography and videography policies can vary by artist and performance. Unless otherwise specified by the artist or venue, personal photography with smartphones are generally permitted. However, professional photography equipment such as SLR cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, and professional video recording devices are typically not allowed without prior permission from the venue and band. Additionally, please note that even if cameras are permitted, flash photography is not allowed during the performance. If you capture great shots of the show and would like to share them with us, we would love to see them.

Can I smoke at the venue?

Smoking inside the venue, including the use of electronic smoking devices, is prohibited under Pennsylvania Law. We do have a small, gated area in front of the venue that allows smoking, this area opens at the 1st intermission.

What are your bag policies?

All bags are subject to search and will be searched prior to entry. Small bags are allowed in the venue. Oversized bags (bags larger than 14"x 14” including all backpacks, briefcases, luggage or duffle bags) are not permitted and cannot be held by the venue.

What is not permitted at CCMH?

> Weapons of any kind but not limited to:
 • Firearms (with or without permit)
 • Knives of any kind including pocketknives and multi-tools
 • Pepper spray or mace
 • Fireworks or flares
 • Lighters
 • Replicas of any type of weapon

> Oversized bags (bags larger than 14" x 14”, including all backpacks, luggage, briefcases, or duffle bags). (Please note we cannot hold these items for you.)

> Illegal substances

> Outside food and beverage

> Laser pointers/flashlights greater than 3”

> Professional cameras (anything with a detachable lens) or flash photography, tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks or Go pros

> Audio or video recording devices

> Signs larger than 11" x 17" or any sign attached to a stick or pole

> Balloons, permanent markers, spray paint, silly string or stickers

> Noisemaking devices (air horns, drums, whistles)

> Umbrellas

> Hula hoops or LED globes or micro lights

> Spiked jewelry or large chains

> Pets, other than services animals; not to include comfort animals.

> Any other item deemed unacceptable by management
